They will provide up-to-date information on the new Financial Power of Attorney law and offer numerous tips on how your power of attorney forms (for finances and health care) can be tailored to meet your needs. Some of the questions they’ll answer are:
*Can you name Co- Agents on your Power of Attorney for Health Care?
*Who would make a good Financial Agent?
*How can your Financial Power of Attorney be used to prevent financial abuse and still allow the agent to pay your bills?
*What can someone do if they know an Agent is doing a poor job or even stealing assets?
*Does a person always need an attorney to draft a Power of Attorney document?
